This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Hi, I just searched through your beautiful gallery. May I ask what inspires you when doing such elaborate landscapes? Do you picture other worlds and sketch them out or use photo references from our own world? I am impressed with your quick brush strokes that builds up such fantastical images. Also, do you use a special brush pack if using photoshop? Thank you and keep doing what you love. -Ginger
Hey there, sorry it took me a while to reply I haven't checked my DA in ages! most of the time I start with a general idea in mind, other times I just go with the flow and see what happens, but mainly I begin with simple thumbnails and if I like a particular composition I continue to add details and figure out the painting as I go along. I rarely used photo reference for environments although lately I'm experimenting a bit more with ref and textures, its all good fun! I use a mix of my own brushes and others I find on the net, my favourites are the Jamie Jones ones. I don't have a link right now but I'm sure they are fairly easy to find. I hope this helps a little, thanks for stopping by and for the kind words!
Hi Shardanas, Thank you for taking the time to reply. I am overwhelmingly impressed with your skill. I am amazed you just start from an idea and work from there to create such beautiful works. It's always wonderful to see an artist pull such things from their mind and allow us all to take a peak. I love your work! It's brilliant! And thank you for letting me know about the brushes. You are very helpful. I shall continue to look forward to any new work you put up. Many blessings, -Ginger
